There were some provisions of his employment contract that applied to the situation. I told him what the letter of the agreement said, and how I thought his employer would interpret it.

General David Patraeus fainted from dehydration during a Congressional hearing yesterday. He apparently just flew in from Jordan and London, and didn’t drink too much water on his return so he wouldn’t require bathroom breaks during the hearing.
