It will be a long time before I send my children to school without an extra hug, a lump in my throat and a prayer for the families who have lost their children, whether in the recent school shooting or otherwise. Beyond that, we are all experiencing a complex set of thoughts and emotions as we return to work after an unfathomable tragedy. We all took a huge loss in Newtown, and we are all trying to make sense of our new reality.
